Oh Gladys, I got your email earlier today and without letting too much out on here, I wanted to at least give a shout out for 1. how excited we are to experience this next chapter in your life and 2. how much we are here to support no matter what life brings (stresses, family drama and last minute turns)
I read your email today and it hit home, mainly cause I know that chaotic feeling inside. The one that reminds you that you can either numb it out by not paying any attention to it or the one that could take over and rob the joy of a good time. This is not & will not be the case Glady-poo. Your joy that you are celebrating on the 13th and soon to come, is a new life that cannot be taken away or taken by anyone else.
You are surrounded by all us girls-who love you and Jay, who desire nothing but happiness for you two and will be there to support you even when times get tough & stressful. That email was just a reminder that I need to be in prayer that your shower goes smooth, that we are all there for you and that we are there to help manage the stress and place the focus on how far God has taken you & Jay.
I am praying for you each day til we see you! Most of all…I am praying for God’s preparation to make you into the mama He desires you to be.
