So on Saturday I finally decided to use my Fred Siegal gift card from 02’ and I was ecstatic to find parking right in the front. I see a meter that has a brown bag over it…and not only am I stoked that its broken cause now its free for but I am curious to see what is under.
My friend removes the bag and we nearly fell on the ground at the diva blinged-out nonsense that was blaring in our eyes…
WTH is up with this? Who did this? Only in LA would someone feel the need to bling out a parking meter….good times!
