Tiana had a family picnic at her school. She told me that people go over the top but I had no clue it was basically a “tail gate party gone family style”. Someone had balloons on their tent while someone else mounted up their boombox and blared “Who let the dogs out”….(um, yeah take a moment out and think about that song…if you recollect it.)
